Josh’s Caesar Salad
- 2 small hearts of Romaine lettuce
- Fresh Parmesan cheese
Slice Romaine leaves in 1-inch increments and place in large bowl.
Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese and add croutons. Toss with dressing and serve.
- ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon anchovy paste
Whisk all ingredients together to blend. This salad dressing is made without eggs.
