Molly’s Tea Room
227 Main Street, Falmouth
Opened in 2006, Molly’s Tea Room in Falmouth has earned a reputation as a place where the entire family can enjoy a light lunch in a cozy and casual atmosphere.
“We wanted to offer an environment where families—including men—would feel comfortable coming in for lunch. And we have achieved that. We cater to everyone and we have a very loyal following,” co-owner Paula Haddon says.
Paula and her sister Miranda Haddon opened the tearoom seven years ago because they wanted to bring something different to Falmouth’s Main Street. With more than 20 tea selections and a menu that includes soups, chowders, quiches, and desserts, Paula says it is the quality of Molly’s food and service that draws a solid customer base.
“My sister and I do all the cooking and we make everything from scratch,” she says. “The scones are our biggest seller. We have our own recipe and they are to die for.”
