Things To Do

The Cahoon Museum of American Art in Cotuit showcases a stellar collection of 19th-, 20th-century, and contemporary American art. Highlights of the permanent collection include works by Ralph and Martha Cahoon as well as Ralph Blakelock, William Bradford, William Matthew Prior, and others. Special exhibitions and a busy calendar of events cover a whole range of American art.

Join Cape Cod Duckmobiles and take a 45-minute land and sea tour aboard authentic military amphibious vehicles to see many vaunted Kennedy family landmarks, learn about the area’s early settlers, and discover some of the best beaches and waterfront properties around. Quacking on board is encouraged.

Beach It! Kalmus Beach is a small but picturesque beach close to Hyannis Harbor and less than two miles from Main Street. With steady southwest breezes and warm waters, the beach is divided into two halves: one side for swimmers, and one side for the windsurfers that flock here in the spring, summer, and fall.
