Celestino’s Cafe

Food for Thought

Since 2009, Chef Juan C. Paredes and his staff have been working tirelessly to maintain the outstanding reputation of Celestino’s Restaurant. And over the years, it’s become a family effort. “I grew up on Cape Cod, so I’m familiar with the local cuisine and I always knew I wanted to be a chef,” Paredes says. “My son is currently attending culinary school, and works in the kitchen with me every night.”

With a reasonably priced menu filled with European favorites and creative takes on classic New England dishes, it’s not surprising that the dining room—the quiet oasis that Paredes and his staff have created—is often completely full. “We really focus on fresh ingredients, and because we’re in Chatham we have the opportunity to get fish that is exceptionally fresh off the boat, which plays a lot into our menu,” Paredes says. Combining an enviable location with high-quality fare, Celestino’s is a can’t-miss choice for your next night out.
