Orange Blossom Pie


  • 2 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9-inch pie plate.


  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 ounce can frozen orange juice, thawed
  • ¼ cup orange zest
  • ¾ cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Whip cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, and zest. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

2. Pour filling into prepared crust and refrigerate for 3 hours. This pie may be frozen and defrosted 10 minutes before serving.
