Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a small skillet. Sautee pecans to toast lightly, about 1 minute. Add honey and cumin. Sautee until the honey has melted.
  2. Lightly spread fig preserves on Naan bread. Cover with a thin layer of whole milk ricotta cheese. Place leftover meat, poultry or seafood on ricotta. Sprinkle on the blue cheese and honey pecans.
  3. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Slice and serve. This can be made in advance and heated before serving.
