Print Recipe CourseAppetizers/Snacks Servings 4servings Servings 4servings Ingredients 2 tablespoons butter 1/2cup pecanschopped 2tablespoons clover honey couplepinches cumin 1piece Naan bread 1/4 cup fig preserves 1/2cup whole milk ricotta 1/2 cup leftover meat, poultry, shrimp or scallopsthinly sliced 1/4 - 1/2cup crumbled blue cheese Servings: servings Instructions Melt butter in a small skillet. Sautee pecans to toast lightly, about 1 minute. Add honey and cumin. Sautee until the honey has melted. Lightly spread fig preserves on Naan bread. Cover with a thin layer of whole milk ricotta cheese. Place leftover meat, poultry or seafood on ricotta. Sprinkle on the blue cheese and honey pecans. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Slice and serve. This can be made in advance and heated before serving.
