- 1 heavy pound of fresh scallops, cleaned
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Pour melted butter into a casserole dish. Place scallops evenly over butter. Top with Ritz crackers.
3. Bake in oven until scallops are firm, and the butter should be sizzling and the tops just slightly brown, about 20 minutes.
