Berry Brie

  • 1 pound wheel of Brie
  • 3 tablespoons of fruit spread or jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup of fresh berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, chopped strawberries, or raspberries. You can use one type of berry, or a combination.


  1. Place Brie on a plate. Layer fruit spread or jam on Brie, drizzle with honey, and top with fresh berries.
  2. Allow to soften at room temperature for two hours before serving.
