- 8 ounce boneless chicken breast
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- sliced tomato
- ciabatta roll
- Grill chicken breast on both sides until cooked evenly. Top with fresh mozzarella cheese and serve on grilled ciabatta roll with sliced tomato and sweet smoked chipotle aioli.
- Serve with a pickle and Cape Cod Potato Chips.
