- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup horseradish
- cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 – 3 tablespoons milk or half-and-half
- salt and white pepper to taste
- Place sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, and dill in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add enough milk to thin sauce as necessary. Sauce should pour easily. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
