Dill Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup horseradish
  •  cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons milk or half-and-half
  • salt and white pepper to taste


  1. Place sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, and dill in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add enough milk to thin sauce as necessary. Sauce should pour easily. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
