Fresh Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, grilled and then cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.  Best flavor at room temperature.
