- 1 cup papaya, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple, grilled and then cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use. Best flavor at room temperature.
