Ingredients

  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1 ½ pounds bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped

Directions

  1. Bring cream to simmer in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, whisk till smooth.
  2. Chill until spreadable; stirring often, about two hours.
