Oysters Casino

  • 24 oysters, scrubbed
  • ½ cup casino butter
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Casino Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Shuck oysters, loosening the meat from the shell. Keep in the bottom shell and arrange on a baking sheet.
  2.  Spread at least one teaspoon of casino butter on each oyster. Sprinkle each oyster with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until bread crumbs are lightly toasted. Serve with lemon wedges.
