- 24 oysters, scrubbed
- ½ cup casino butter
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Casino Butter
- Preheat oven to 400°. Shuck oysters, loosening the meat from the shell. Keep in the bottom shell and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Spread at least one teaspoon of casino butter on each oyster. Sprinkle each oyster with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until bread crumbs are lightly toasted. Serve with lemon wedges.
