Ruby Port Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 cups cranberries
- 1 cup Port wine
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan. On high heat stir to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Continue to stir and cook until most cranberries pop.
- Remove from stove. Cool. Spoon sauce into airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours so that mixture thickens.
