Spiced Cranberries

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 ½ cups raw sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon cloves
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 3 cups cranberries
Directions
In a large saucepan combine water, sugar, and spices. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Add cranberries and simmer on low for 2 hours. (This has the added benefit of making your house smell wonderful!). Seal in jars using water bath canner or refrigerate.- Courses: Condiments, Desserts
