- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 10 ounces quality white chocolate, chopped
- In a saucepan, bring cream and espresso powder to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Place chocolate in a bowl. Pour heated cream over chocolate and stir until smooth. Place in container and place plastic wrap on top of the sauce so a skin doesn’t form. Store in refrigerator.
- To serve, top bread pudding with sauce.
