Daryl’s Lemon Pound Bundt Cake with Blueberries
  1. Preheat over to 325 degrees.
  2. Toss berries with 1 tablespoon flour and set aside.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Blend at low speed, then beat at medium speed.
  5. Fold in berries carefully.
  6. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan (or large loaf pan).
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
  8. Let cake cool for at least 15 minutes.
  9. Combine lemon glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.
