Honey syrup
  1. In a saucepan, gently heat honey and water until combined. Cool and store in a covered jar for up to 2 weeks.
Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake. Strain and pour into a coupe (the old fashion broad, shallow bowl champagne glass) and garnish with a slice of fresh lime. Serves 1.
