Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups rhubarb chopped
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups Strawberries chopped
  • 3-4 Eggs well beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Place berries and rhubarb into pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients for custard and pour over fruit. Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375° and bake 40 minutes longer, or until the custard is set.
