Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

9-inch pie shell
unbaked

rhubarb
chopped
1 1/2 to 2
cups
Strawberries
chopped

Eggs
well beaten

cup
Milk

tablespoons
Flour

cup
Sugar
Pinch
Salt
Instructions
Place berries and rhubarb into pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients for custard and pour over fruit. Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375° and bake 40 minutes longer, or until the custard is set.
