1-1/2cupsGluten-free all-purpose whole wheat flour(or use 1 ½ cups more all-purpose flour)
1-1/2cupsOats
1/2tbspBaking Soda
1-1/2cups Chocolate Chips
1-1/2cupsPeanuts(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients until well combined. Add dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until all ingredients are incorporated.
Scoop and bake until golden brown about 12 minutes. Yields two dozen cookies.
