Ingredients

lbs
Potatoes
(Yukon) peeled and cubed
1/2
stick
Butter
1
cup
Half & Half Cream
Salt & Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place the potatoes in a large stockpot. Cover the potatoes with water, add salt, and boil until soft.
Drain the water and return the potatoes to the stockpot. Add the remaining ingredients and whip until fluffy.
