Creamy Mashed Potatoes
- 3 lbs Potatoes (Yukon) peeled and cubed
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 cup Half & Half Cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Place the potatoes in a large stockpot. Cover the potatoes with water, add salt, and boil until soft.
- Drain the water and return the potatoes to the stockpot. Add the remaining ingredients and whip until fluffy.
