Independence House offers critical response programs and services assisting children, teens and adults of all races, identities, and abilities impacted by domestic or sexual violence. Offices located in Hyannis, Falmouth, Orleans and Provincetown, and all District and Probate courts on Cape. 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy and legal assistance.

The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center provides cost-free personalized services to individuals and families living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia related diseases. They help families navigate the complexities and challenges they face.

Dennis

Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands

Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands creates solutions to help us all thrive as we age. It operates the familiar Meals-on-Wheels program and provides Home Care Management that can help maintain independence, as well as community-based programs that prevent and investigate allegations of elder abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation.

Falmouth

The Falmouth Service Center

The Falmouth Service Center is a regional food pantry and social service organization, that works hand in hand with the community to educate, support, and improve the quality of life for families in need.

Mashpee

Seaside Le Mans

Held annually, at Mashpee Commons .

Seaside Le Mans is an annual community event held at Mashpee Commons that raises money for Cape & Islands nonprofit organizations. Hosted and underwritten by the Davenport Companies, teams of six drivers race Formula 1-style karts along straightaways, around turns and under a bridge on a 1/4-mile outdoor track.

Orleans

Lower Cape Outreach Council

Lower Cape Outreach Council’s mission is to provide comprehensive assistance to those in need of immediate support and to encourage long term self-sufficiency. They operate nine food pantries, a financial assistance program and Katy’s Korner, their free clothing and household resource, in addition to a Thanksgiving meal program and holiday toy distribution.

Yarmouth

Habitat for Humanity Cape Cod
