How do we protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Cape Cod Life Publications will transmit your contact information to our various vendors for the purpose of order fulfillment. Confidential payment information will not be shared with our vendors, except where deemed necessary to process a return.
Cape Cod Life Publications may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such a release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Cape Cod Life Publications, our users, or others.
We may co-sponsor sweepstakes and contests with other companies. Information collected may be provided to the participating companies, but will not be sold, traded or rented to outside parties.
Children’s Privacy Protection:
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect or maintain information on our website from children under the age of 13. Our website and products are not directed to those under 13 years old.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act). We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the CalOPPA, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.
On our website, we post links to our advertisers’ websites which they own and operate. We are not responsible for their use of your information.

iPad only subscriptions can be purchased through iTunes. Cape Cod LIFE subscriptions include 8 issues of Cape Cod LIFE plus the Cape Cod ART annual. Cape Cod HOME subscriptions include 6 issues of Cape Cod HOME. iPad subscriptions are NOT included with print subscriptions and must be purchased separately. Cape Cod Life General Store Return Policy:
Items may be returned or exchanged for credit if shipped (or returned) within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Items may be returned in person, or by USPS or other delivery service to the vendor; a store credit or refund will be offered.
The itemized sales receipt must accompany any claim for refund, which will be made only to the original account used to purchase the item. A gift receipt or itemized receipt must be presented for any exchange or store credit. Items presented for return or exchange must be in the same like-new condition as when shipped.
Refunds will not be awarded in the event items are damaged during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
Items on clearance or those custom made cannot be returned or exchanged. “Final sale” items are not returnable; all “on sale”, and “special order” items are considered “final sale.”
Cape Cod Life General Store Warranty Policy:
The itemized sales receipt or gift receipt must accompany any warranty claim.
Cape Cod LIFE and Cape Cod HOME Shipping Policy:
For print subscriptions to Cape Cod LIFE and/or Cape Cod HOME, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue.
Cape Cod LIFE and Cape Cod HOME Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our subscription department at 1-800-698-1717, or write Cape Cod Life Publications at P.O. Box 3000, Denville, NJ 07834. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. If you paid by check, a refund check will be issued to you. Allow fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of your cancellation.
