For over two decades, Executive Landscape has built relationships with clients, community and employees and provided high quality landscape services to Cape Cod, Plymouth and the South Shore.

Experience and knowledge; two of the most important factors in choosing to work with a business. Luckily for those seeking a landscape company that combines these aspects along with integrity, dedication and a depth of expertise, there is Executive Landscaping. Owner Chris Cotoia affirms, “As one would engage a general contractor to oversee all aspects of building a home, Executive Landscaping can act in that capacity for all facets of exterior work. We have the unique ability to bring all of the pieces together for a landscaping project of any size.”

As an enterprising entrepreneur, Cotoia began Executive Landscaping, located in South Dennis, in the late 1990s. Expanding and augmenting services over the years, Cotoia continued to improve on core skills while adding quality personnel; notably Kyle Holt-Cullity who joined the company and became partner in 2019. His background in business, and relationships within the home building industry, were instrumental in allowing Executive Landscaping to grow.

Cotoia has seen the Cape change from a seasonal destination to a year-round paradise where families look to invest in creating functional outdoor living spaces that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons, stating, “I think the shift to the remote-work paradigm has allowed people to utilize the place they love, their Cape house, to escape in a larger sense, whether staying on further into the season or coming down weekends year-round. Many of our clients want a true resort-like feel for their homes. Frequent requests include outdoor kitchens with virtually every element one might find in an indoor kitchen as well as fire pits and spas. With the seemingly permanent presence of great white sharks in our waters, there’s also been a notable explosion in the popularity of pools.”

Known for large-scale landscape projects that may often be comprised of complex hardscaping elements, such as the retaining wall systems and masonry stairways that are needed on the sloping waterfront lots that often found in our coastal region, their solid relationships with local architects and builders allows for a cohesive look between a home and the surrounding land.

Executive Landscaping also has a maintenance division that provides full property and estate care. Their in-house account managers work to develop individualized maintenance programs that address each client’s unique needs.

The full-service company ensures quality work along with professionalism, as indicated in their tagline, which speaks volumes: “Great People Doing Great Work for Great Clients,” a motto that Cotoia says is at the top of every employee’s mind.
