For Pelham Hospitality, the opportunity to take over the property formerly known as Borsari Gallery felt like a natural next step. The Pelham group had its eye on the Dennis Village property for some time—it’s a beauty after all—so when the opportunity finally came together, the vision for the next chapter for this historic barn began to unfold.

Renamed as The Salt Barn, the property joins Pelham Hospitality’s collection of distinctive Cape Cod destinations, including Pelham House Resort, Pelham on Earle and Love Farms. While each offers its own personality and setting, The Salt Barn brings something different to the mix: a more intimate, personal atmosphere for weddings, celebrations and gatherings.

“What we envision for Salt Barn is for anyone who wants their celebration to feel like theirs,” shares Grace Grieco, Executive Director of Operation and Sales for the Pelham Hospitality team. That might mean couples planning an intimate wedding, families gathering for a rehearsal dinner or a celebratory brunch, friends celebrating a birthday, anniversary or shower. Grieco adds that the property is also attracting interest from corporate groups looking for a setting with character and warmth.

Surrounded by beautiful landscape outside, pumpkin pine floorboards inside and post and beam architecture, the building offers a unique sense of history and character. The barn and wine cellar provide much of that character. The restored barn retains elements of the property’s past while providing a trendy rustic backdrop for everything from dinner and dancing to smaller gatherings.
