That sense of arrival was always part of the plan. What wasn’t anticipated—at least not to this degree—was the response.
Since opening in December, Love Farms has drawn a steady, and at times overwhelming, wave of visitors. Lines form early. Parking fills quickly. Guests linger long after meals have ended. What began as a carefully considered concept has, in a matter of months, become one of the Cape’s most talked-about destinations.

“There’s definitely been a level of excitement that’s exceeded expectations,” says John McCarthy of Pelham Hospitality Group, the team behind the project. “You always hope people will respond—but to see the way the community has embraced it, that’s been incredibly rewarding.”
That embrace speaks to something deeper than novelty. Love Farms is not simply a new restaurant. It is a place built on intention—a layered, evolving environment that brings together food, land, and community in a way that feels both fresh and, somehow, long overdue.
