The Flying Bridge’s event venues underwent a renovation in the spring of 2023. Mike Ciolino, Waterside Group’s marketing director, gave a sneak peak of the newly renovated spaces and an updated list of Flying Bridge’s offerings, “Our newly renovated second-floor space is the perfect backdrop for your special day. It features a grand stairway entrance; a dedicated bar area and dance floor separate from the dining area. A massive wall of accordion glass doors that lead outdoors to a covered, wraparound deck, creates a seamless transition from the dance floor out to the stars and views of Falmouth Harbor and Vineyard Sound.” The space speaks for itself while the food acts as the perfect plus-one to any event. Ciolino continues, “Carefully designed menus by our new acclaimed executive chef Leon Biscoe provide a wide variety of dining options allowing you to customize your reception to your taste. In addition to his work with numerous award-winning restaurants, Chef Biscoe cooked for celebrities at Madonna’s wedding to Guy Ritchie in Scotland.” Hosts can choose from passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres, a la carte dinner, all-inclusive gold reception package, plated dinner, and late-night bites—all of which are sure to keep your guests more than satisfied.
