Focus: 3 Daughters
Walk along the Plymouth waterfront and you’ll find a boutique that beckons you to enter and explore. When you first walk into 3 Daughters Jewelry, Apparel & Gifts, the displays of handcrafted jewelry pieces and unique gift items made by skilled artisans, many of whom are local to the area, will immediately command your attention. And for those looking for stylish clothing options, 3 Daughters offers fashionable women’s apparel and accessories that change seasonally.
Owner Joan Lyons opened the shop in 2016 after a career in education. She and her husband John have 3 daughters and a son, and the daughters’ silhouettes are featured in the boutique’s logo. “I was ready to make a change in my career and opening a boutique in Plymouth was a dream come true,” said Lyons. “I wanted to provide our customers with unique items that you can’t find everywhere, coupled with outstanding customer service. Shopping here is a relaxing experience for our customers, while we get to know them and anticipate their needs. We love hearing stories about how a friend or family member loved a specially chosen gift from our shop!”
3 Daughters showcases the talent of local artists and authors, thereby sharing their stories and passions with visitors. The store also carries merchandise from around the world as the business allows women to support themselves by selling their art. Many of the artists use natural and recycled materials, minimizing a negative environmental impact.
Some of the most popular items at the shop include stunning handcrafted bracelets and necklaces by Dovera Designs, Cape Cod Jewelry by LeStage®, and handmade enamel pendants by LOLA®—3 Daughters carries the largest collection of LOLA pendants in the area.
Free parking is available in the back lot for those who visit the store in person.
