RPM Carpets & Floor Coverings, originally a family-run business for over 30 years, has transitioned to an employee-owned flooring company in East Harwich. 

In December 2022, founders Rick and Donna Morris retired, selling their business to Teamshares, an organization dedicated to fostering employee-owned small businesses. After careful research and review, Neil Roy, with extensive business experience, joined as the new president to continue the legacy established by Rick and Donna.

Many employees at RPM Carpets & Floor Coverings have been with the company for years, playing a crucial role in providing residents, businesses, nonprofits, designers, and builders in Cape Cod with stylish, durable, and quality flooring. The showroom features a diverse selection of carpets, rugs, vinyl planks, wood, and tiles.

As a full-service company, RPM Carpets & Floor Coverings focuses on building close relationships with customers from their initial showroom visit, phone call, or email. The sales team, both friendly and knowledgeable, assists customers in making informed flooring choices within their budgets. Expert flooring measurers then conduct complimentary measures for various spaces. This ensures high customer satisfaction with the products purchased or installations completed by RPM’s own skilled installers.
