Now in their eighth year—a remarkable milestone, and a testament to their consistency and heart—they are steadily expanding their concierge services to mirror the heartfelt dedication they have not only to four-legged friends, but also the immediate community and beyond. From its inception, UCPS set out to provide exceptional grooming services, and they do: with several groomers who tout over a decade of experience and a credo of doing the right thing by each pet they work with—breed-specific care, coat maintenance, temperament and health/age considerations are all part of their thoughtful, professional approach. That same level of dedication begins with manager Lindsey and assistant manager Thalia bringing genuine care and commitment to both clients and staff. This final, loving gift speaks volumes about the compassion that resides at the core of their business. 

As they expanded, Schott even introduced a luxury cat resort so feline companions can enjoy the experience too. Complete with mounted TVs, intricate cat trees, filtered water, and angled stainless-steel bowls, the clean, private, secure space is full of charm. The UCPS team is skilled in managing a wide range of medical needs and can administer medications—even involved treatments like insulin injections or thyroid care. Clients feel confident leaving their cats for extended stays knowing they’ll receive daily human interaction.

But beyond the doors, Schott is working with organizations like Sunny Paws Rescue here on Cape Cod and alongside the Street Dog Guardians organization to help leverage the adoption process in an effort to save as many dogs as possible from the streets of Puerto Rico.
