Egg Salad Sammie
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tsp fresh Dill minced
- 2 Eggs hard boiled, sliced
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 2 slices Bread or roll
- 2 slices Tomato
- Combine mayonnaise and dill. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before using.
- Spread dilled mayonnaise on the bread or roll of your choice. Top with egg, lettuce, tomatoes, and sprouts.
