Egg Salad Sammie

Servings: 1 serving


  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp fresh Dill minced
  • 2 Eggs hard boiled, sliced
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 slices Bread or roll
  • Sprouts
  • 2 slices Tomato


  • Combine mayonnaise and dill. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before using.
  • Spread dilled mayonnaise on the bread or roll of your choice. Top with egg, lettuce, tomatoes, and sprouts.
