Ingredients
Crust:
- 2-1/2 cups Graham crackers crushed
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Filling:
- 8 oz. package Cream Cheese softened
- 1 (14 oz. can) Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (6 oz. can) Frozen orange juice thawed
- 1/4 cup Orange Zest
- 3/4 cup Fresh whipped cream
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Crust:
- Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Filling:
- Whip cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, and zest. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling into prepared crust and refrigerate for 3 hours. This pie may be frozen and defrosted 10 minutes before serving.
