Berry Brie

Servings: 6 people


  • 1 lb. Wheel of Brie
  • 3 tbsp Jam or fruit spread
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Fresh berries such as blueberries, blackberries, chopped strawberries, or raspberries. You can use one type of berry, or a combination.


  • Place Brie on a plate. Layer fruit spread or jam on Brie, drizzle with honey, and top with fresh berries.
  • Allow to soften at room temperature for two hours before serving.
