Using a 16-ounce mug, stir in the white chocolate powder and espresso. Drizzle the inside of the mug with chocolate syrup. Froth milk to a velvety consistency and fill the mug to 1/2 inch from the top with the milk. Top with whipped cream, and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serves 1.
