Pão de queijo
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup aged Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Mix oil, egg, and milk with mixer.
- Add parmigiano and flour and mix.
- Pour into mini muffin pans and bake at 375º F for 10 minutes.
