Pão de queijo

Servings: 6


  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3  cup of oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 cup aged Parmigiano-Reggiano


  • Mix oil, egg, and milk with mixer.
  • Add parmigiano and flour and mix.
  • Pour into mini muffin pans and bake at 375º F for 10 minutes.
