Salty Espresso S'mores

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls Original Cape Cod Potato Chips
  • 6 cups milk chocolate candy melts
  • 2 tbs Cape Cod Saltworks Coffee Salt
  • marshmallows
  • graham crackers

Instructions

  • Spread potato chips evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a double boiler, melt chocolate candy melts. Pour melted chocolate over the chips and stir together to spread evenly over the pan. Sprinkle with Coffee Sea Salt. Allow chocolate to set in a cool place. Cut into even squares and use as the chocolate component for s’mores!
