Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups rhubarb chopped
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups Strawberries chopped
- 3-4 Eggs well beaten
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Place berries and rhubarb into pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients for custard and pour over fruit. Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375° and bake 40 minutes longer, or until the custard is set.
