  • 5-1/2 oz Unsweetened chocolate chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 2-1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1-1/3 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt


  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Place chocolate in bowl and pour the melted butter over the chocolate. Stir to melt. Mix in the sugar until combined. Mix in the eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add flour and salt and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into a 9”x13” pan lined with parchment paper and bake until firm to the touch in the center.
