- 2 cups Cottage Cheese small curd
- pinch Cinnamon
- 8 Eggs beaten
- 8 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 cup Flour
- Using a hand-held mixer, combine cottage cheese, cinnamon, eggs, butter, and flour. Bake on a grill using medium-high heat. Top with preserves, dust with powdered sugar, garnish with fresh mint, and serve with warm maple syrup. Serves 6.
