Ingredients
- 1½ pounds bay scallops
- 2 limes juiced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Red Onion minced
- 1/4 tsp Jalapeno Pepper minced (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and allow to stand, covered and refrigerated, for about an hour. Serve cold.
