Lightly Marinated Bay Scallops

Servings: 8


  • pounds bay scallops
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion minced
  • 1/4 tsp Jalapeno Pepper minced (optional)


  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and allow to stand, covered and refrigerated, for about an hour. Serve cold.
