Peanut Butter Crunch Cookies
Servings: 2 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter softened
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter crunchy or smooth
- 1/4 cup Sugar white
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Flour whole wheat - course or stone ground
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1 cup Wheat Flakes
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars and vanilla. Add egg and mix slightly. Combine dry ingredients and mix. Mix all ingredients until incorporated. Scoop evenly spaced onto a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes, as you would Toll House cookies. Time will vary based on the size of the cookie and your oven temperature.
