Whisk the butter, eggs, and almond flavoring in mixing bowl. Slowly add to flour and sugar until a batter begins to form. Add 3 cups of Cape Cod Select® cranberries (berries may be fresh or frozen with no thawing necessary). Make sure each berry is covered in batter. This tip will help to spread the mix out evenly. Don’t worry if cranberries aren’t fully emerged in batter. Once in oven the cranberry will burst with color!
Spray 13 X 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Once prepared spread batter evenly.
Bake for 1 hour. If you like your edges crispy, let it bake until the top is completely golden brown.
