Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pulled pork
- BBQ sauce
- Caramelized onions
- Smoked Gouda cheese sliced
- 1/4 cup Coleslaw
- few Batter-fried onion rings
Instructions
BBQ Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, reduce by 50 percent one bottle of Uncle Lumpy’s Vanilla Port. Combine with equal amount of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Sandwich
- Sauté pulled pork with onions and BBQ sauce until warm. Toast roll and place pulled pork mixture on the bottom half of the roll. Top with cheese and bake to melt. Top with coleslaw and crispy onion rings. Close sandwich. Makes 1 sandwich.
