Author: Deb Boucher Stetson

A long-time Cape journalist, Deb Boucher Stetson has written for local newspapers, magazines and guidebooks across Cape Cod. Most recently editor of The Barnstable Patriot, she is passionate about telling the stories of people and places that make Cape Cod so vital, interesting and fun. Her earlier journalism experience includes The Cape Codder newspaper in Orleans, where she was first a reporter and later arts and entertainment editor. She is thrilled to be the newest member of the creative, friendly and hard-working team at Cape Cod Life Publications. An avid reader, Deb has experience in book editing and writes fiction in her spare time. As a nature lover and walker, her favorite trails to hike are within the Cape Cod National Seashore, Nickerson State Park and Audubon, but she is always looking for new hiking adventures both on Cape and off. Mother of two, she lives in Eastham with her daughter, an elderly cat and the sweetest dog in the world, and will soon be relocating to West Yarmouth, where condo life promises freedom from snow-shoveling.
