Charles Sternaimolo is a freelance photographer residing in north central Massachusetts specializing in architectural, editorial, lifestyle, wedding and corporate event photography. Charles is best known for his “then and now” personal photography projects documenting how historic locations have changed over time. His most popular series is photography of over 200 places painted by American realist, Edward Hopper, with many of these photo comparisons of places Hopper painted on Cape Cod. His photographic comparisons have been on display at the Edward Hopper House in Nyack, NY, since 2010. Charles currently serves on the board of the Fitchburg Historical Commission and enjoys using his photography as a tool to advocate for the preservation of antique and historic buildings.
